RETURNS
30-day return policy
In case you have the intention of returning something, you can send it
back to us within 30 days of it being shipped. All returned items must
be unused and sent back in it’s original packaging so they can be resolved.

The company is not responsible for the shipping costs.
You’ll receive a discount voucher that can be used for one year, or money back,
as soon as your package is accepted by our returns department at the warehouse.
SIZE EXCHANGE
For any size exchange, you should contact by email:
twelvehousesun@gmail.com, mentioning the right size.
The process requires that the product to be changed should be returned
to the following address:

The company is not responsible for the shipping costs.
As soon as we receive the product in the warehouse, we
will proceed to the delivery of the correct size.
Shipping costs will be charged to make the reshipment.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders Processing
Orders placed on www.twelvehousesun.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are automatically calculated at the moment of checkout by carrier (CTT EXPRESSO). These amounts are determined based on the destination and the total weight of the products in your order.
Delay in Shipping
As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive an email informing you of it as well as the time it should take for you to receive your item. In case of delay, you will also be informed of the whereabouts of your items.
